Guarantee conditions

As we are convinced of the quality of our extensions, we offer you a voluntary 3-month guarantee.

The guarantee starts from the date of purchase. If your human hair extensions are tangled or knotted in the lengths and tips, you will receive a replacement item of equal value as soon as the damaged extensions have been returned to us. The supplier reserves the right to refuse a replacement delivery in the event of improper handling or wilful damage to the extensions. Claims for compensation are limited to the extensions only, not to the installation and removal of the hair extension or other costs that may be associated with the hair extension.

The prerequisite for the guarantee is that the care products we offer (shampoo, mask, hair oil and heat protection) are purchased in addition to the extensions in our shop. The guarantee expires if other care products are used. If a particular product is essential for you for health reasons, this must be agreed with us in advance. An exception can be granted, but must be confirmed by us in writing or by e-mail. You must also adhere to our care instructions. Any recognisable disregard will result in the complete forfeiture of the guarantee. Any chemical treatment of the extensions, such as colouring, tinting, bleaching or perming the hair, will also invalidate the guarantee.

A warranty claim only exists if the extensions are unusable. Normal signs of wear and tear such as split ends, dry tips or hair breakage are excluded from the guarantee. Discolouration due to sunlight, salt and chlorinated water, for example, is also excluded. We do not guarantee the waves and curls of the extensions. You are responsible for maintaining the curls yourself. We are happy to provide tips on this. Warranty claims due to allergies to foreign hair and connecting elements are excluded.

To make a claim under the guarantee, the goods must be sent to the guarantor for inspection. Ensure that the packaging is secure to avoid transport damage.

The guarantor may request proof of purchase of the real hair extensions, e.g. in the form of a copy of the original invoice, to apply for warranty service. In addition, the name and address of the buyer must be stated if these are not evident from the proof of purchase or have changed. Returns will be made carriage paid by providing a returns label.

Please note that your statutory rights in the event of defects are not restricted by this guarantee and can continue to be utilised without restriction. Any statutory warranty rights therefore remain unaffected by this guarantee.
